Berlin Wall Brief

In Berlin we were set a task to take photographs of a certain section of the Berlin Wall. We worked in pairs and were assigned a certain section of the wall to work within. The brief was that the images didn't just have to show the wall, but could also look at the area around it, people, unusual viewpoints etc. We had to come up with a series of 6-10 images each.

The section of the wall we had was right next to the river which was frozen, providing a good setting for photographs. There was also sections of the Berlin Wall that had been cut up and had artwork by various artists, such as graffiti artist Miss Van.
